Guests must be 18 or older unless a parent or guardian is also occupying the room. Guests under 18 and traveling without a parent or guardian must provide a minor consent form, completed in advance by a parent or guardian, and must pay the extra adult fee. Guests age 25 and under are required to pay a $100 per person cash damage deposit at check-in. The damage deposit is refundable at check-out once the room has cleared inspection.
