Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport. Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 20:00.

Трёхместный номер Superior с балконом и с красивым видом из окна (питание для детей не включено)

Отдыхали с семьей в сентябре 2024 года в номере №4. Отель расположен в пару минутах ходьбы от моря. Так же радом находятся столовые и кафе где можно вкусно перекусить и не отравиться. Номер просторный, чистый со всеми удобствами. С балкона открывается великолепный вид на горы, вечером есть возможность пропустить по бокалу вина, а утром попить кофе. Приятно удивила цена. Хозяева очень добродушные люди - замечательная семья. Большое спасибо - посетим Вас снова! номер №4 с балконом, чисто и уютно, современный ремонт. чисто, убирают на совесть как для себя Встретили тепло - хозяева замечательные люди

Большое спасибо за теплоту и гостеприимство ,все уютно по- домашнему.В доме всегда чистота, порядок. Чувствовали себя на всем протяжении нашего приезда как дома. все наши ожидания превзошли наши желания. Всё супер, всё классно, уезжала со слезами на глазах.Приехали на два дня , остались на шесть. Очень благодарны, спокойный душевный отдых,хозяева это отдельная плюс ,к гостевому дому🫶🏾. Обязательно вернёмся снова ,процветания вашему дома и вашей семье!!!!!!

Крайне рекомендую! Это как мини отель, мы сняли номер со своей ванной комнатой, все очень чисто и опрятно, хороший свежий ремонт! Хозяева просто замечательные люди, сразу чувствуется особый душевный подход!
