Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport. Front desk opening hours 14:00 - 22:00. It is possible to book the entire second floor. Capacity — up to 10 adults: 2 double rooms and 2 triple rooms.

Не впервые останавливаюсь. Очень гостеприимные хозяйки. Внимательные и заботливые. Номера с видом на горы. В номере тепло. Проблем со светом и водой нет. Вернусь к вам снова еще не раз. Благодарю.

приехали утром, заселили сразу, все рассказали и показали. Номер был на третьем этаже, новый с кондиционером и небольшим холодильником, душ и туалет в номере. Номер небольшой, но вдвоем вполне комфортно. На этаже есть сушилка, утюг, гладильная доска, чайник, посуда. Работала удаленно, скорости интернета для работы хватало. рядом с номером небольшой столик, можно позавтракать утром с красивым видом на горы. везде очень чисто, общие зоны убирали почти каждый день. есть стиральная машина, можно пользоваться бесплатно. за 2 недели полотенца и постельное поменяли 1 раз, но по запросу можно и чаще. до пляжа 7 минут пешком, до центра минут 15. Диане и всей ее семье большое спасибо за гостеприимство. обязательно приедем ещё раз.
