A great place to have a rest after long walks around the city. Guest house Sandro is located in Sukhum. This guest house is located in 3 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the guest house — Sunrise Beach, Beach and Abkhazian State Drama Theater.

Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.

Хотим оставить тёплый отзыв о проживании в гостевом доме Сандро, города Сухум. Отдыхали мы с 1 по 19 сентября и за это время ни разу не разочаровались в выборе гостевого дома. Встретили нас очень душевно, проводили в номер, ознакомили с территорией, с зонами отдыха, показали пляж (он находится через дорогу, а двух минутах ходьбы), пляж чистый, галька не крупная,море чистое,отдыхающих мало, может кому то плюсом эта информация. Можно наблюдать даже дельфинов)) Также рядом находится магазин, всё необходимое можно преобрести до 12 ночи. Территория гостевого дома ухоженная(все фотографии соответствуют действительности) Вся красота создана хозяевами Мидеей и Джонни. Вы большие молодцы!!! К сожалению мы успели познакомиться только с Джонни, но обещаем вернуться и познакомиться с Вами, Мидея) Мы уверены что вы, как и все абхазцы душевный,добрый, позитивный, открытый человек! Нам очень понравилось внимание и забота Джонни, он помогал нам решить любой вопрос. Не можем оставить без внимания и т. Иру, передаем спасибо за чистоту и комфорт как в номерах, так и на всей территории гостевого дома! Можно бесконечно благодарить всех, кто относился к нам, как к родным на протяжении всего отпуска. Спасибо всем огромное за тёплый приём!!! Мы очень хотим вернуться, мы будем рассказывать о вашем гостевом доме друзьям 100%.
