Upon booking, your payment will be processed by The Palace Hotel (not Glenavon). There is a surcharge for check-in out of the standard check-in times. A credit card and a photo ID should be showed on check-in. Guests must give Glenavon their estimated time of arrival to avoid delays and or cancellation. Check-in and key collection is from The Palace Hotel on production of your booking form and photo ID. Bath towels are not included in the room rate but are available to rent if required. Refreshments are not included in the room rate but are available for a fixed donation to the charity of Glenavon's choice. The property will be going through renovation works from Thurs 01 May 2014 until Fri 31 Oct 2014. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.
