Отвратительное место, никакой клиентоориентированности. Приехали в это место в 21.00 дверь закрыта, никого нет, как попасть в отель не попятно . Бронировали в 18.30, информация что заезд до 20.00 никто не сообщил и не указал, если бы знали заранее не бронировали эту помойку. В итоге в 22.00 подъехала дама, сказала с вас 50 евро за поздний заезд , либо уходите отсюда и деньги вам никто не вернёт. Пришлось заплатить 50 евро, мы хотели остаться на 1 ночь в итоге отдых был испорчен. Завтраки - никакие, покупные круасаны, йогурт и кофе. Терраса на верху не соответствует фотографиям , не ухоженная ! Фотографу 10 Баллов из 10, жаль что фото не соответствует действительности . С балкона выход на помойку, куда местные жители приносят свой мусор. Да пляж рядом, это единственный плюс. Берите отель в центре Сорренто и получите точно удовольствие .
