If there is no public transportation between the ryokan and the nearest station due to weather conditions, etc., a free shuttle service will be provided. Call the ryokan from the station to use. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Guests eating dinner at the hotel must check in by 18:30. Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast and/or dinner at the hotel must make a reservation by 16:00 on the date of arrival. Please note that children's meals are not included in the price of the room. A children's menu is available for children under 12 years of age for JPY 5,250 per child. Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. When settling the bill, the hotel will accept cash only.
