Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The property no longer offers a private boat connecting Sihanoukville to Lonely Beach. A local boat from Sihanoukville to the village Preksway near Lonely Beach is available daily from pier 52 leaving at 2 pm. The local boat can sometimes be delayed as they wait for supplies but guests should arrive before 2 pm in case it is not delayed. For departures from Lonely Beach, the same boat leaves Preksway village at 7 am daily. The property is no longer only accessible via private transfer at an additional charge.
