Atam Mini-hotel is located on a closed territory of 25 hectares in the upper part of the village Arkhyz: 0.9 km to the village center (within walking distance from stores, cafes, sports equipment rental), 7 km to the village Romantic (ski slopes and cable cars), 0.6 km to the coniferous forest and 1 km to the river B.Zelenchuk, 20 m to the bathhouse with a vat.
