Близость к морю. Буквально 2 минуты до пляжа. Очень близко и удобно. Парковка на территории отеля. Наличие санузла и ванны в номере.

Сам отель оставляет желать лучшего. Мебель "старенькая". Белье изношенное. Стены в плесени! Плохо организованная столовая зона. Одна электрическая плитка, 2 чайника и 1 холодильник на весь этаж. Приходилось "кусочничать" или ходить в "общепит". Съэкономить на питании не удалось.
