The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. A prepayment of 30% of the booking cost is required. The prepayment is non-refundable in case when guest cancels the booking less than 30 days before arrival date. Accommodation with children under 3 years is not allowed. In each room there is an extra bed for a child (aged from 3 to 16 years) — a chair-bed, for a surcharge of 50% of the room rate.
