Location

Guest House Level Dacha is located in Istra, 59 km from the Moscow Ring Road along Novorizhskoye Highway. Nearby: the Resurrection New Jerusalem Monastery, Zoolandia petting zoo, Oleg Sirota cheese factory, Istra reservoir. In walking distance there is a forest with a road for walking, a river, a pond for fishing. There is a Playground on the territory of the site.

At the guest house

There are two houses on the territory of 8 acres, a family (owners) lives in the second house. The territories of the houses are divided, there is a mini petting zoo (chickens, duck, rabbits), an apple orchard outside the site.

The 2-bedroom house is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. At guests' disposal in the house: bathroom with shower, toilet, induction hob, refrigerator, slow cooker (on request), washing machine, music column, projector and filmstrips, Smart TV, kettle, hair dryer, orthopedic mattresses, white bed linen, towels, slippers, shampoo and conditioner, gel for shower, cotton pads, hygiene products, hand cream.

On the territory of the house there is parking for a car, a summer kitchen with soft windows around the perimeter and a spiral, in summer there is a children's pool and 2 free bicycles. There is also a barbecue area with armchairs, a fire pit, and a table at guests' disposal. Firewood and kindling are provided, and coal must be brought with you. The kitchen has prepared products for a minimum breakfast, lunch: homemade egg, oat flakes, milk, bread, pasta, instant coffee, chicory, sunflower oil, soy sauce, vinegar, a selection of spices, sugar, salt.

For children, free of charge: a basket with toys, a high chair, a cot, a playground and a trampoline.
