I like the view from the window, and the hospitality of the landlord.

The address is hard to find without a local. Otherwise everything is ok to me.

Near supermarket and Metro.

When I have arrived about 4:00 PM ,I didnt have internet(blocked by goverment) to contact staff for opening main door on 3rd floor. Therefore I requested a kind russian man around there to call staff to remote main door opening. My suggestion is to inform wifi password in advance before guests coming to Russia. Then guests can connect internet while standing outside of door.

Room

The location is not what I expect they have2 doors,the first door where the taxi dropped us and told you go inside hotel is there.i went and took picture and send to management I said I am here,she replied the taxi dropped you in wrong place go out that is not the place,I even asked 3 young Russian girls to talk and the hotel staff said wrong.i went outside the gate dragging my luggage and finally told them I’m nearby only but I can’t locate your door,she send one girl and took us to hotel and to my surprise the same gate I stand is the exact address of the hotel,how irresponsible staff when I send the picture she should go down and open the door but instead she told wrong address and go out and search because of her laziness.anyway hotel located on the 3rd floors with 12 steps each floors so if you are not young and energetic you should think twice before booking this room.nothing inside except towels and water kettle.i took big room and it was comfortable for us.if you book this hotel used the other door ..check the picture this is the open door of the old building then you have to go by stairs and with my heavy luggage it was back breaking going up.the one with Russian language where I stand and she said wrong is also another door for this old building..do not used it they will mislead you.by the way the hotel name is not Megapolis they change to napoleon hotel which they did not mention to me in WhatsApp.this is actually not hotel but an apartment,location was nice and accessible to all.kremlin n red square can be reach around 30 mins by walking.

No elevator

Отличный просторный номер, с большой кроватью и двумя диванами. Большой удобный душ с туалетом и раковиной, всё чистое и обслуженное, никаких проблем не возникло. Большое окно, днём в номере светло. Есть кондиционер, что немаловажно летом.

Не самая лучшая мебель, на кровати излишне мягкий матрас, у одного из стульев ножка подломлена. После уборки и замены полотенец в наше отсутствие персонал не закрыл дверь в номер, при этом в нем оставались ценные вещи, поэтому ставлю 7 за обслуживание. Персонал вежливый и всё хорошо делает, но это косяк.
