The room is comfortable and nice, also spacious. It has a nice view and it has plenty of windows. It has air conditioning which is key during the summer months. In general it is a nice hotel. The staff is always available which is great!

There no kitchen which is a real shame because we couldn’t cook, the fridge is located inside the reception which is a big annoying because we had to keep asking the staff to let us in to take our food. There a bit of traffic sound coming from the street but I think it was okay to sleep, not big issue. There is no key for the main door, maybe having a passkey would be ideal for guests

The room was great, it has aircon which is the most important thing for us during summer. The location wasn’t central but it is okay, there are buses around. Staff was always nice and helpful, that was nice as well

To access the fridge we need to constantly ask the staff to let us in, as they had the key to the room were the fridge is, that is a bit annoying not only for us but for the staff. To access the hotel we need to call at the door, maybe they can give an access key to the main entrance door also so it is easier for the guest
