What a fantastic and friendly hostess, a lovely room and a stunning location. We had the family room, and whilst this does not have a balcony, it is really wonderful. Being split over a downstairs lounge and bedroom, and an upstairs bed, it was wonderfully spacious; it was also immaculately clean. I didn't try the air conditioning but I just have a feeling that it would have worked perfectly. So, given that the room was excellent, the host was totally accommodating. It was such a bonus that they have a really nice rowing boat available to use, meaning a leisurely row up the Riven Kamenka in the most tranquil of settings. Later, after an exquisite day in Souzdal, we enjoyed a barbeque, wood and facilities also provided by the hostess. Service was excellent. If you'd like a room with a balcony overlooking the rive, I'd suggest messaging the host who would be happy to advise which room; personally I was very happy with the spaciousness of the family room. Well done to everyone there. I will definitely return. If I was to give just one recommendation, a "Welcome, enter here" sign on the brown wooden doors - just to help the traveler find their way in. Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Очень приветливые администраторы, чистый и красивый номер и в целом гостевой дом. Есть общая кухня где можно посидеть. Из плюсов нас заселили даже немного раньше времени заезда и всегда были на связи. Очень рекомендуем!

Новый ремонт, теплый пол, полотенца в номере, чистое постельное белье, вежливый персонал.

Слабая звукоизоляция

Хорошие просторные номера, хозяйка была всегда на связи и отвечала на наши вопросы, есть общее пространство на кухне, где можно посидеть с компанией вечером

Большой дом, комфортное расположение номеров. Все чисто. Оптимальное соотношение цена/качество. Очень красивый интерьер, выход к реке. Хочется приехать еще раз!
