Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport.

Отдыхали в этом замечательном месте! Елена, Дмитрий, мама Елены, спасибо большое за отдых! Чистые номера, заботливые хозяева, ухоженная территория, где есть место и для игр детей, и для отдыха и для парковки. До моря минут 5, но плюс в том, что по пути можно купить всё необходимое. Если уходить по пляжу в сторону Гагры, вообще можно отдыхать на пустом пляже). Всё на высшем уровне! Обязательно к Вам вернёмся!)

Абхазия очень красивая страна и нам хотелось больше на территории. Выбрали этот мини-отель и на ошиблись. Забронировали номер комфорт и были очень рады. Есть небольшой бассейн на территории. Номер новый, мы были первыми гостями. Рядом много магазинчиков, ларьков с фруктами и овощами. Пляж просто шикарный. Спасибо за гостеприимство, обязательно вернемся еще.
