Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport. Front desk is open 24/7.

Двухместный номер Standard (двуспальная кровать)

Очень понравилось в этом домике на берегу моря🩵 Очень внимательная хозяйка, всегда помогала и подсказывала) Стиральная машина, кухня, все имеется буквально в 15 метрах от домика) Полотенца чистые, хорошие) Думали, что будет жарко из за деревянного дома, но нет, было очень свежо) на улице вечерами сидеть одно наслаждение, под шум моря☺️ Обязательно вернусь сюда снова❤️

Холодильник бы немного побольше, или полочку в него) и интернет немного подвел, постоянные перебои(возможно связано с беспилотниками)

Понравилось то что море рядом и природа красивая ,это ни про домик у моря )))

Постельное бельё серого цвета,заюзаные полотенца,на 10 дней один раз выдали ,пока я не подняла кипиш ,потом ещё принесли по одному ,то что пришлось принимать душ после дороги под холодной водой ,не было горячей сутки , по регламенту ,заявила арендатель ,которого я не видела ,постель меняется раз в 10 дней , кухни заявленной как таковой нет, стиралки тоже , телевизор не работал ! Все эти ньюансы портят отпуск !

Восхитительное расположение домика!!! Ощущение, что живешь на океане под постоянный шум волн! При внешне скромной обстановке, хозяйка учла все детали, необходимые для комфорта: собственные шезлонги, новенькие подушки, мягкие новые полотенца, отличный широкий матрас, бокалы для игристого, хорошая косметика и прочие важные мелочи. Напротив домика находится кафе, где прекрасно готовят локальные блюда: хачапур, хинкали, вкуснейшую форель на мангале. Очень вкусно! Получился настоящий отдых с шикарными закатами и красивейшем морем и все это прям не отходя от дома!!! Влюблены и вернемся еще непременно!
