Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport.

Отличное месторасположение- первая береговая линия, море за калиткой) Комфортно, уютно, все коммуникации работали исправно. Прибрежные кафе работали строго до 11-12 ночи, после была тишина) нам очень понравилось, обязательно приедем еще ❤️

Это не для разнеженных любителей комфорта. Тут все просто, есть где поспать для трех человек, есть туалет, душ, шкаф для одежды и кондиционер. Все в отличном состоянии, чисто, исправно, розетки в нужных местах. Идеально для тех, кто приходит только переночевать и помыться) остальное - гулять и купаться. Вполне комфортно, вернусь сюда еще раз. Идеальное место в 100 метрах от моря. Ближе только с шезлонга) на фото вид из массива

Не понравилось лично мне, как курильщику. Для других это жирный плюс. Курить вне помещения и даже не рядом. Приходится идти в специальное место. А ведь это почти моя мечта, курить на балконе в трусах😂

Отличное расположение, из калитки сразу в море, все чисто, ухожено, спокойно. Для деток на территории есть батут и много котят) на кухне все для приготовления еды, посуда приборы и т.д., есть стиральная машина (правда на нее очередь бывает), так же на кухне есть телевизор и утюг. По предварительной договоренности заселили раньше и выселили позже (даже оплату за доп время не взяли). Все довольны! Приедем еще)
