Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport. Front desk is open 24/7.

спасибо за гостеприимство хозяйке Розе! Тихая гавань соответствует названию, находится немного дальше от оживлённой улицы, что очень радует, даже если соседняя гостинка гуляет, к 22.00, если не ошибаюсь всё выключается, так как закон о тишине в Абхазии работает 100%, в номерах тихо, есть всё необходимое, ремонт свежий, место для машин достаточно, были на арендованной, но даже если вы своим ходом, хозяева предлагают экскурсии и сами вас возят😉 желаем всего хорошего, были рады остановится именно у вас, с наилучшими пожеланиями от Сургутских гостей❤

Шале с террасой с видом на горы (терраса)

Хорошие шале, все под рукой, до моря рядом, дорога к морю через множество кафе и магазинчиков с едой и сувенирами. Горы, море, красиво. Находится между Пицундой и Гаграми, рядом есть автобусная остановка, можно за 100 руб доехать до Пицунды и там погулять. ☺️ Роза и её муж милейшие люди, помогли с экскурсией в отдаленные места. В общем, нам все понравилось ♥️

Замечательная хозяйка Роза.

Метка стоит не понятно где, отель находится абсолютно в другом месте. В номере нет ничего из заявленного. В номере нет фена, душевых принадлежностей, чайника. Бассейн маленький, на сайте просто красивое фото, оно не совсем соответствует реальности.
