Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 22:00. From October 1 to June 1, the hotel will have a bath complex with a Russian bath and a Siberian vat. Отель очень понравился. Один из лучших в Абхазии 100% Апартаменты стильные, мебель и техника новые, всё на высшем уровне 👍 Бассейн тёплый, дети были в восторге. В мае планируем еще раз посетить этот отель. До моря пять минут пешком. Спасибо за комфортный отдых!

Останавливались в апарт-отеле Nimso — и это место просто покорило нас своей атмосферой! Расположен удобно и близко к границе, рядом с Сириусом, что делает его отличным выбором как для коротких поездок, так и для полноценного отдыха. Наши апартаменты были просторными, светлыми и невероятно уютными. Всё новое, современное и продуманное до мелочей — от мебели до мелких деталей интерьера. Особенно понравилась терраса с видом на бассейн — утром приятно наслаждаться кофе, а вечером любоваться огнями и спокойной водой, ощущая полное расслабление. Территория отеля — идеальное сочетание уюта и стиля. Всё чисто, ухожено и красиво: тёплый бассейн, удобные шезлонги, зелёные растения и аккуратные дорожки создают атмосферу гармонии. Есть мангальная зона, где можно провести уютный вечер с семьёй или друзьями. Хозяева и персонал — внимательные, доброжелательные и искренне гостеприимные. Здесь чувствуешь себя не просто гостем, а дорогим человеком. Приятным сюрпризом стал комплимент при заезде — свежие фрукты, что добавило особого тепла и заботы.
