A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel Arstaa Hotel is located in Gagra. This hotel is located in the center of the city. Before going to bed, you can walk around the main landmarks of the city. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Midel Beach, Independence Square and Luchezarny Beach.

At the hotel

Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport. Front desk is open 24/7. Due to power supply problems in Abkhazia, the facility will be dark from 07:00 to 21:00.

Расположение удобное, недалеко от центра, остановка рядом, до моря минут 15 пешком. Вид из окна приличный, вдали море видно.

Номер довольно неаккуратный, застиранные простыни, старое постельное бельё, подушки, старая шторка на душе заношенная, завтрак невкусный, душевого набора не было. Ежедневной уборки не было (хотя мне показалось, даже перед моим приездом уборки не было :)

Отдыхали на НГ каникулы,отель был пуст, нас поселили на верхнем этаже. Могли не париться и поселить на первом. А нам подарили вид на море. Спасибо!!!

Всё было хорошо. 👍 А не понравилось,только поведение провайдера Билайн. Будьте осторожны. Не "выгуливайте" корпоративную симку в Абхазии или тот тариф, который предусматривает постоплату,не ознакомившись с тарифами. Билайн ни о чём не предупреждает. А возвратившись домой мы узнали,что отдых нам обошёлся почти в два раза дороже. Эти ..... за спящий режим обокрали нас на 50К+. Примерно за 1,3Гб Билайн,... я его родственник, произвёл такое начисление. Для примера:за обновление приложения Альфа-Банка в Абхазии было начислено больше 4К. Отель рекомендую , а вот с самым безопасным оператор,рекомендую быть осторожнее.
