Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport. The accommodation facility does not provide information about existing reservations by phone for confidentiality reasons. When checking in, the guest must provide his last name and inform the staff of the accommodation facility that the voucher for check-in is at the email of the accommodation facility.

всё , в отеле очень холодно, бесконечное отключение электричества, отопления, воды. Вода течет ржавая и холодная и горячая, если вообще есть. Бронировали отель Европа, оказался Абхазия. На ресепшн абсолютно некомпетентные сотрудники. Если бы можно было поставит реальную оценку, то отель на -10 (минус!) баллов

В столовой летали воробьи и голуби,они садились на и клували где все едят. Тарелки всегда мокрые, иногда даже не промытые. Уборщица забрала старое мыло и даже не положила новое. На стойки регистрации не вежливые девушки, когда спрашивали она отвернулась и начала разговаривать со своим персоналом.

Решена проблема парковки автомобилей.

Wi-Fi плох покрывает отдаленные от центра отеля номера. Столовая требует внимания управленцев в плане санитарии.

Что может понравится в такой помойке, грязь и антисанитария везде от входа в отель до номера!

В номерах только пастельное белье видимо меняют и даже это под вопросом, так как на простыне и подушке были волосы . Шторы лучше не трогать, есть вероятность вляпаться в сопли или засохшую рвоту. Отель грязный, тут нет клиентоориентированности и вместо решения ваших проблем например с не работающей лейкой в ванной комнате, Вам нагрубят. В отеле лучше не есть, кишечную инфекцию гарантированно Вам подарят вместе с завтраком или ужином! Вообщем для тех кто хочет «незабываемые впечатления», Вам сюда ;))))

Вкусно. многообразное питание Персонал отзывчивый и приветливый. Чисто как в отеле, так и в номере.

Неудобный матрас, отсутствие подпятника в прихожей. На сайте не отмечено, что бассейн не работает в тот день, когда мы отдыхали.

Шикарный вид из панорамных окон в угловом номере на 9 этаже, широкая кровать Кингсайз. Мини-холодильник, ТВ, сантехника-всё ОК. Пожелание: чайник в номер и побольше света над входом

За 5 дней бельё и полотенца не менялись. Не помогало, даже если оставить их на полу. Плохой кофе на завтраке.
