Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport. Front desk is open 24/7. Please inform SanZazila in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Были летом в этом отеле и все понравилось, соотношение цены и качества, ожидания оправдались 👍

Повторно поехали зимой и не сомневались в выборе отеля, так как было положительное впечатление. Но во второй раз был ужас. Грязно в номере, холодно в номере было невероятно, кондиционер не справлялся, даже 2 обогревателя не помогли. Спали под тремя одеялами. Купаться было невозможно, мало того что холодно, так и вода, которая попадала на пол из душа не высыхала, и оставалась лужей. В отеле никого кроме охранника не было, чтобы можно было обратиться. Хотелось поскорее уехать.

Отдыхали в июне 2025. Отель чистый, в номере все что нужно для комфортного проживания. Вместо крыши веранда, где проходили завтраки, с великолепными видами на горы, море. Вечером можно посидеть с бокалом вина, встретить закат) Есть стиральная машина, утюг с гладильной доской. Угощали бесплатно домашним вином😊👍 Спасибо Оксане, Ольге! ❤️🙏 Все вопросы оперативно решались, разрешили остаться в номере до поезда без дополнительной платы, завтраки вкусные, экскурсии можно заказать в отеле, такси тоже вызывали без проблем. Рынок рядом, до моря минут 10. Люди в Абхазии доброжелательные, подскажут, объяснят, подвезут, помогут. В общем отрыли для себя новую локацию, куда хочется вернуться! Рекомендую👍❤️☀️

Отель новый, чистый, достаточно комфортный. Шикарная терраса на крыше компенсирует отсутствие балконов в номерах, очень приветливый персонал

Можно было бы в номер положить хотя бы мыло… Завтрак комплексный, нет никакого выбора, кофе растворимый, впрочем как и везде здесь

Номер был удобный, светлый, чистый, чистое постельное, светлый, большой балкон. Столовая на крыше просто отдельная песня, красиво. В номере было очень чисто

Такси не понимает куда ехать, завозит не с той стороны дороги.
