Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport. Front desk is open 24/7.

отель находится в шаговой доступности до моря, 4 минуты пешком и вы на тихом чистом пляже, 15 минут пешком и вы в центре Пицунде. Номер чистый, уютный, располагающий к отдыху. Персонал отеля отзывчивый и приветливый. Были в начале апреля и несмотря на дождливую погоду, впечатления остались самые благоприятные! Обязательно приедем ещё раз! Рекомендуем всем!!!

Тихое красивое место недалеко от центра, до моря очень близко, до магазинов тоже недалеко. У нас был номер на 1 этаже с отдельным выходом к бассейну, это очень удобно. Номер большой, тёплый с панорамным окном. Есть шторы блэкаут, солнце утром спать не мешает. Есть уличная кухня, можно разогревать еду, готовить, мангал для шашлыков, посуда. Бассейн вообще шикарный, тёплый с видом на горы

Отношение, просторные номера, подогреваемый бассейн, наличие кухни со всей необходимой посудой.

Стена в с/у, на которой крепится лейка душа, была откровенно грязной. Двор не вымощен, просто засыпан галькой.

Замечательный отель! Все на высшем уровне, новая мебель, техника. У нас был номер на 4ых. Большая кровать и диван. Везде чисто, видно, что все сделано с душой! Так же на территории Теплый бассейн с детской зоной, подвесные качели. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство! Рекомендую отель к посещению! Привет из Пензы ♥️♥️♥️
