Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia dated October 13, 2023 No. 106 "On approval of the procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons at places of temporary stay in the Republic of Abkhazia," which entered into force on January 1, 2024, foreign citizens are subject to registration at places of temporary stay. When staying at properties with a valid certificate of compliance with the standards, registration is carried out from the date of arrival. When staying at other properties, registration must be carried out after 14 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Abkhazia. For registration at check-in, a one-time registration fee may be charged of ₽200.00 per person, regardless of age. Payment is made by guests on site in cash. Starting January 20, 2026, children under 14 will need a foreign passport to travel to Abkhazia. However, adults will still be able to enter with a Russian Federation internal passport. Front desk is open 24/7. For guests booking the Comfort category, it is recommended to indicate the preferred bed type in the booking comments in advance. The cost of an extra bed depends on the selected room category, arrival dates, and rate plan. The final surcharge may be less than the amount shown on the website. Transfer conditions: Transfer routes are available only to and from Sochi and Sukhumi airports, as well as Adler and Gagra railway stations. Group transfers are provided by minivan, Sprinter, or bus depending on the number of guests and include transport to and from the Samshitovaya Roshcha sanatorium. Groups are assembled from guests arriving and departing on different flights. Group transfer upon arrival: Available by prior request no later than 5 days before arrival. Service hours: 07:00 AM to 10:30 PM, baggage waiting until 11:00 PM. Group assembly waiting time: up to 2.5 hours. No waiting is provided after 11:00 PM. Group transfer upon departure: Available by prior request no later than 3 days before departure. Service hours: 05:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Departure time is determined by the duty manager considering the departure time of other group members. In case of flight delay or guest lateness, a seat may be provided in the next available vehicle if there are free seats. The sanatorium is not responsible for missed transfers if no seats are available. Baggage in group transfers: Oversized luggage is not transported in group transfers. For such items, an individual transfer is required. Oversized or non-standard luggage includes items with a total length, width, and height exceeding 158 cm: bicycles, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, and diving equipment, musical instruments, and wheelchairs or strollers exceeding standard luggage dimensions. Individual transfer: Available in a private vehicle without waiting for other guests, 24/7. Must be requested no later than 5 days before arrival and 3 days before departure. Cost: RUB 6000.00 for 1–3 passengers; each additional passenger: RUB 1000.00. Children under 3 years: free. Waiting for delayed flights or trains is charged additionally at RUB 500.00 per hour. Canceling the individual transfer on the day of service without a valid reason incurs a 50% charge. To book a transfer, guests must provide the booking number, type of transfer — group or individual, full names of all guests, flight or train number, date and time of arrival or departure, number of passengers, and contact phone for the driver or host.
