The villa features 4 bedrooms with sea views, 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub, a living room with a fireplace, and 2 terraces each measuring 30 sq.m. The villa is equipped with necessary appliances: air conditioners, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, iron and ironing accessories, hairdryer, wireless speaker system. Wi-Fi is available.

Guests have access to a heated swimming pool measuring 16 by 6 meters with sun loungers, a BBQ area with a gazebo, and a bathhouse.
