Нам попался прокуренный номер. Разболелась голова. Попросили поменять. Договорились, что через час , как уберут другой номер, переселят. Ждали-не дождались. После прогулки, уже вечером, снова попросили поменять-поменяли в итоге. Спасибо.

Очень приятные впечатления об отеле, начиная с заселения. По нашей просьбе дали номер на самом высоком этаже и с раздельными кроватями. И во всём остальном отношение к гостям и обслуживание прекрасное. Локация удобная, станция метро близко. В общем, всё отлично, отель рекомендуем👍

Расположение хорошее, рядом метро. В номере чисто, кровать удобная, бельё белое, чистое. Есть чайник и столик, где можно попить чай и поесть. Завтрак очень хороший, большой выбор, много всего вкусного. Отношение со стороны персонала хорошее, если что спросишь помогут.

Сложно регулировать температуру воды в душе, но приспособиться можно.
