Hotel is well located and not to far from the airport. Breakfast had a beautiful assortment of different foods from around the world. The bed was the most comfortable bed, ever! I loved my room, and the mood lighting was extra special. The staff was excellent.

There should be a shuttle bus to the sister hotel on the palm so we could enjoy the beach too. Also shuttle bus to various places like the mall and main attractions would be amazing.

The hotel location is very good since it is very close to the airport. We had lunch in the Japanese restaurant and it was a very good experience. Everything in the room was perfect. Very clean room Very good service especially the people at the entrance who helped us with the valet parking patiently and also helped with the luggages.

Without a doubt a high standard hotel, always ready to give service and help, excellent breakfast, upgrade our room voluntarily and at no cost, no doubt I will return there at the first opportunity

Everything, it was topnotch. Breakfast, pool, room was big and beautiful. Nice Egyptian theme. Perfect location, with hop on hop of bus and metro around the corner and attached to Wafi mall.
