The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming although English language is somewhat poor but they tried to help as much as they could. Location is very good. You can reach the city center by taxi in 10 minutes and there is a good big mall very near to the hotel. Cleanlines is very good.

The bed mattress and pillows are too soft so that they were not comfortable. Also the front desk couldn’t provide suitable tours with good English language driver. They tried but the language of the driver was the barrier.

The room was tidy and clean when we checked in. Also it was cleaned up every day. The staff was hospitable and friendly. Morning breakfast is also quite good.

The windows didn't close tightly.
