Плохонастраиваемая горячая вода в душе, отсутствие круглосуточно доступной кухни. Хождение гостей в обуви.

Расположение удобное. Все расписания автобусов готовы и весят на стене, всегда можно сориентироваться когда-куда поехать.

Дежурный болтает по телефону и смеётся во весь голос до 1-2 часов ночи. А потом спит где-то и постояльцы пытаются его найти - разбудить среди ночи, что бы уехать в аэропорт и не могут, в итоге опять все не спят.

Одноместный номер Эконом (общая ванная комната)

Отзывчивость и доброжелательность персонала. В кухне есть нормальная посуда.

1-местный номер, в который меня поселили по приезде - это не номер, а кладовка. Подсобка, куда поставили кровать, дверь - вплотную к входной двери, окна нет, из коридора тянет куревом, холод жуткий в апреле. Из квартиры, в которой устроен этот хостел, выжимают все, что можно. В большом 2-местном номере тоже только кровать и тумбочка, ни одного стула, положить вещи некуда. В "полностью оборудованной кухне" маленький неудобный стол и 2 стула, невозможно что-нибудь сварить/пожарить, т.к. плиты нет, только микроволновка, сушилки для посуды нет. Самое классное - выключатели расположены не в номерах, а в других местах!

Очень помогли: нашли комнату в другом хостеле, когда оказалось, что ostrovok нас подвел и забронировал для нас несуществующие места.

Когда мы приехали в хостел, нас сильно огорчило, что там не оказалось мест, хотя мы предварительно забронировали комнату на сайте ostrovok.ru. Как нам объяснили, скорее всего причиной этого было несвоевременное обновление базы сайта.
