I think it's that it requires some facility work and an updated paint, utility maintenances.

The hotel is centrally located, the managers speak good English, and we had no problems with late checkout (paid). The bidet in the bathroom was a welcome convenience.

The building and furniture is old; the hotel does appear as having undergone some renovation but obviously not very thorough. Elevators do not always stop at level with the floor, so you can easily stumble when walking in or out. The breakfast is OK but consists mostly of cheap food (e.g. slices of cheese laid out on food trays stick together inseparably). Hotel staff don't smile or say hello readily, but are otherwise efficient enough.

No tenían sistema, por ende no había wifi disponible y se requería una factura b o c para poder tramitar reintegros y no lo pudieron realizar. La verdad q por el valor elevado q se abonó, no te ofrecen prácticamente nada. Por el mismo valor podría haber elegido otros hoteles con mejores servicios

Lo único bueno del hotel, a mi parecer, fue la limpieza. El hotel en general y mi habitación muy limpia y el personal de limpieza muy amable. El desayuno esta bien también.

- El baño estaba en muy mal estado, todos los apliques rotos (para las toallas y el papel higiénico), la ducha sin presión y la tabla del inodoro de madera rota en partes con lo cual te pinchaba las piernas. - Los colchones son claramente viejos porque se hunden hacia el centro. - El ruido del motor de los ascensores en el ultimo piso es muy molesto a la hora de dormir.

La ubicación del hotel es Excelente!! Muchos puntos de interés cerca para recorrer, subte y paradas de colectivos a pocas cuadras. La atención en el Hotel fue de excelente!! Mucha variedad para desayunar, fueron atentos en la opción apta para celiaco. Muy cómoda y limpia.
