La habitación era muy linda, pero la calefacción era central y no se podía bajar, hacia 30 grados dentro de la habitación, tuvimos que pedir un ventilador.

El desayuno es muy básico y con pocas opciones, para ser un cuatro estrellas tiene un desayuno de una. Muy malo

Lo único que se puede mejorar es la limpieza de la piscina, estaba sucia y mi nena emocionada se queria bañar, pero nos daba miedo que se enfermara con esa agua

Una ubicación excelente apenas 200 mt y te encontras con cantidad de bares, cafés y restaurants de san Telmo La ropa de cama impecable , todo bárbaro , contaba con shampoo y enjuague , colchón bien El hotel impecable de limpio, nuestra habitación no tuvo servicio , creo q muchos hoteles lo hacen a partir del Dia 3, y nuestra estadía fue esa, sugiero que cambien a dirigió toallas y TOALLONES Todos muy amables y servíciales en la recepción

Me gusto; • La habitación • El pasillos balcón de la parte de arriba para tomar mate al sol • El buen trato de los empleados • Es súper silencioso por más que haya en la entrada mil parada de colectivos

No me gusto; • el desayuno flojo falta fruta es MUY BÁSICO • “por pandemia “ no entran hacer el servicio de habitación me quede 3 noches y nunca me cambiaron las sabanas, toallas u ofrecieron algo. • El pago figura en pesos pero cuando lo pagas con la tarjeta viene en dólares y con eso impuestos que no contabas es el presupuesto para una escapada
