Extremely rude staff. Very very disappointed could not at all have asked for a worst ever service! Never in my life have I spoken to such a disrespect & rude person.

Staff! Wouldn’t answer the phone. Asking for payments one the phone in the snow! Not a professional service at all!

Standard Zweibett Zimmer (2 Einzelbetten) (Dachboden, Blick auf den See)

Nur die Lage, und davon leben sie auch.

Unzumutbar und nicht dem Standard entsprechend: Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoß ist sehr, sehr klein und mit Dachschrägen, sodass man nur im Bereich von der Gaube stehen kann. Die Tür von der Badezimmer geht nicht ganz auf, da sie mit der Dachschräge kollidiert. W-Lan nicht brauchbar und Personal arrogant und desinteressiert. Rundum enttäuschend.

Lage direkt am See fand ich super, in der Nacht absolut ruhig, war sehr angenehm. Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet ok.

Im Badezimmer wenig Abstellfläche, Keine Duschwand bei Dusche (daher alles rund herum nass. Kaum Abstellfläche für Toilettsachen und zu wenig Handtücher (pro Person ein Badetuch ok, aber nur ein Handtuch für zwei Personen).
