If you arrive after the check-in hours, the check-in will not be possible, and the whole amount of the reservation will be charged. Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in guestrooms. A penalty fee of EUR 220 per incident will be charged. Please inform the property in advance about the number of guests arriving with you during booking. If you arrive with children, please inform the property about their number and age. Children below the age of 7 cannot be accommodated.
