Please note that no deposit is necessary prior to arrival to secure your reservation, however upon check in, the hotel requires an AUD $200.00 deposit to cover any incidental charges. This can be paid by credit card or cash. Upon check out, the deposit will be refunded, minus any incidental charges. If you arrive outside reception opening hours (22:00-19:00), you can contact the manager on duty by using the phone outside reception. Please note that use of the 24-hour secure lock-up parking requires a refundable security deposit of AUD $150. Please note that charges are applicable for the use of guest laundry facilities.
