- location was superb for our needs - old style elegant foyer - courteous and efficient staff - no street noise

- very small rooms, however adequately fitted out - creaky floor boards (do appreciate age of building) - housekeeping inconsistent (toilet paper, shampoo, teabags etc not restocked), linen not tidied after use
