The hotel is very nice very clean and very close to the city which is very good for us

We were disappointed with the breakfast. Breakfast was cold and it was very difficult to lineup to order certain meals. I think there is a better way to serve the breakfast .

Horrible service from the get go. Plenty of rooms avail but they made me wait until 1115am until 2.15pm to check in. The promised park view was an air-con duct roof view of next door. Then I moved... only to find a conference on level 4 with a PA system to rival the MCG. they would not turn it down. This was to go on for another 7 hours I was told. So I moved again in a bus to get some peace and quiet. Finally on the first floor, away from the noisy conference and metal roof view, I found my peaceful place... almost. Loads of screaming kids up and down the corridor. A big -ve is the lack of tactile odd braille signage on corridors and rooms. The couple in front of me probably spent the better part of their stay finding their room. I helped them ti the reception add no one else was going to... then to find the list as Will on reception simply pointed the direction. Yep. Really helpful when you're blinded. Finally I escorted them into the loft and pressed the desired button. Come on Rydges... make yourself compliment... don't be complacent.
