You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The shuttle service operates from 06.30 until 20.00 daily. It travels to the Greyhound bus station and train station. Children are welcome, but are not permitted to stay in dormitory rooms. Guests under the age of 17 can only check in with a parent or designated guardian. Children aged 17 will need a letter from a parent or official guardian to stay in private rooms only.
