This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent them for EUR 10 per person (bed linen) and EUR 4 per person (towels) should they wish to do so or they can bring their own. Extra fee for domestic animals is EUR 7,50 per night (max 2 animals). Energy is not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure. Baby cots or chairs can be rent on-site.
