This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check-in to this property. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are not available at the property. The property has to be cleaned after each stay. Guests can either do this themselves or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 75. The costs of water, electricity, pallet usage and garbage bags are not included and will be calculated at the end of each stay. Please call the owner 30 minutes before arrival, in order to arrange personal check-in. Please note that baby cots are available at a surcharge of EUR 10 to EUR 15, depending on the duration of stay.
