The total area of the apartment is 83 sq. m. Built-in kitchen with dishwasher, stove, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, water filter, and dishes: glasses, wine glasses, cups, shot glasses, cutlery, soup, dinner and dessert plates, frying pans, pots, salad bowls. In addition, the kitchen has tea, coffee, sugar. Guests also have access to bathroom accessories: shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper, terry towels.

The apartments have a washing machine, as well as an iron, ironing board, drying rack and hair dryer for the convenience of guests. All textiles are washed in a professional laundry with the addition of disinfectants. The apartments provide free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet — fiber optic up to 200 MB per second.

Additional amenities, such as a playpen for small guests, are available upon request for an additional fee. Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement.
