It is prohibited to hold entertainment or noisy events in the apartments; silence is required from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If facts of violation are established, it is possible to bring the competent authorities to administrative responsibility (an explanation at local law enforcement centers and the payment of a significant fine). Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time and to contact the property regarding booking details. The cost in Russian rubles indicated on the website when booking is approximate and is calculated at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which is not relevant in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The apartment administrator will inform guests of the final cost. The guest house can accept payment in a way convenient for guests. Check-in occurs after signing the lease agreement at the office on the ulitsa Karla Marksa 25, Entrance 2, Floor 5. Office hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, without days off or lunch breaks. There is the possibility of self-check-in without visiting the office by pre-paying the card. The object is not previewed. Guests must inform the property in advance if they plan to bring pets. Also, upon check-in, guests will be required to pay a deposit for the safety of property in the amount of the rental price for one day; if staying with pets, the deposit amount may be higher. In case of remote check-in, the prepayment is 50% of the reservation price.
