A damage deposit of CAD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, guests must check-in at the Windsor Hotel lobby located at the same address. Our front desk hours are not 24 hours. The front desk hours are Monday-Saturday 09:00 - 01:00, Sunday 10:00 - 21:00. Check-in is at the Windsor Hotel lobby next door.
