You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the service charge is a Security Deposit Waiver Fee. The Waiver covers all minor accidental damage or breakage up to CAD $200. Coverage does not cover extraordinary cleaning charges, damages resulting from negligence or willful or wanton conduct. Please note, Elite Vacation Homes will send an Owner-Guest agreement that must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in
