In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to fill and sign a registration form and show a photo ID prior to their check-in. Electricity is included in the price based on a limit of 10kWh per night booked which is sufficient enough for standard usage of all appliances at the property.
