Все: давно не было ремонта, ужасная кухня, очень шумно, ванную нужно срочно ремонтировать, в номере нет утюга, гладильной доски - все нужно просить на ресепшене и оставлять залог!!! Этой гостинице срочно нужно менять менеджера, самый настоящий клоповник.
