Please note the terms below provide additional details not fully covered in the initial booking sections and form part of your stay agreement. Check-in Policy Each reservation must include at least one guest who is 18 years of age or older. The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in if this requirement is not met, in which case the reservation will be cancelled and remain subject to the applicable cancellation fees. Early Departure & Shortened Stays In the event of an early check-out prior to the scheduled departure date, a refund will be processed for the remaining unused nights, subject to a penalty fee equivalent to two (2) additional nights plus the cost of the actual nights stayed. Any eligible refund will be credited back to the guest's original payment method. If two (2) or fewer nights remain on the reservation at the time of early departure, no refund will be issued. Group Bookings Policy Reservations of five (5) or more rooms are considered group bookings and may be subject to separate terms and conditions. Different payment schedules, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies will apply to these reservations. Force Majeure Policy The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations arising from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, major health events, terrorism, or war. Force majeure applies only where travel to the hotel is rendered impossible as a direct result of official government-imposed restrictions (e.g. border closures or airport shutdowns). Flight cancellations, schedule changes, or airline operational decisions, in the absence of such restrictions, do not in themselves constitute force majeure. Events that are ongoing, foreseeable, or publicly known at the time of booking (including regional conflicts or travel advisories) do not qualify as force majeure. All force majeure claims must be supported by official documentation, including, where applicable, government-issued travel restrictions or formal closure announcements.  In the absence of such documentation, the hotel reserves the right to apply standard cancellation policies.
