Please inform Ferienhaus Harz in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the number of bedrooms made available depends on the number of guests. For example, for 4 guests 2 bedrooms are made available (2 guests sleep in 1 double bed).
