Overall, the hotel is excellent—clean rooms and a perfect location. As for the downsides, the pillows are uncomfortable, too firm, and made of synthetic material. Another issue is breakfast, where there are just too many people. This was the first time we encountered such a crowd. I’m an active traveler and have visited 50+ countries, but I have never seen this many people at breakfast, no matter the time. We tried coming at 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM, and both times there were over 150 people. This made it hard to enjoy the meal. Next time, we will definitely stay at this hotel again, but we won’t include breakfast.

Ho apprezzato tutto di questo albergo! Il personale, la qualità, la posizione. Tutto perfetto. Davvero estremamente soddisfatta! La colazione è davvero ricca sia per quanto riguarda il dolce che il salato. Lo staff è dolcemente attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente e disponibile a qualsiasi orario. Le stanze sono ben progettate e lo spazio ben sfruttato. La pulizia è eccellente, d'altronde siamo sempre in Germania, la patria della fiscalità!

L'unica nota negativa è stata che nei tre giorni che abbiamo alloggiato capitava che una delle cameriere ai piani entrasse in camera senza bussare. Per tutti e tre i giorni e ad orari diversi...
