Отзывчивый персонал. Хорошие завтраки. В номере тепло, все работает. Входная дверь в отель всегда закрыта, при заезде нужно позвонить, на время проживания выдают ключ.

Очень слабый интернет. В номере нет холодильника, вешалки в шкафу из химчистки (проволочные). В ванной нет шапочек для душа и мыла. Фен по запросу.

Персонал доброжелательный, говорящий на русском языке. Расположение на Потсдамер штрассе, недалеко остановки автобуса и метро. В полквартала от отеля есть замечательный турецкий ресторанчик, где можно покушать очень вкусно и сытно, примерно за те же деньги, что и завтрак в отеле. Достойный WiFi. При уходе из отеля ключи не обязательно сдавать на ресепшн.

Номер прохладный. Отогреваешься только под одеялом. Тонкие стены. Звукопроницаемость процентов на 70! Слышно было как в соседнем номере кто-то смотрит телевизор и угарает. Ночью не приятно это слышать. Завтрак не стоит своих денег. Номер выглядит потрепанным жизнью. Потертая мебель, заляпанный ковролин, грязноватые стены и занавески. Чайник и фен приходится брать на ресепшене.
